Stop Running Water    

Each of us uses an average of 160 litres of water a day. A tap left running wastes about six litres of water per minute. There are many ways to cut down on this - while cleaning your teeth, washing dishes, etc. Turn the water on only at the specific times you are actually using it.

Commit to do this, and each week that you have conscientiously used the minimum water possible record these points.
